1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management. A background in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or related fields is preferred.

2. Experience in design, engineering resources, or sales management within architectural lighting or stage lighting industries is highly advantageous.

3. Possesses a systematic understanding of the formulation and application of sales management systems and policies.

4. Demonstrates keen market awareness, strong adaptability, leadership skills, and the ability to independently develop new markets. Must be logical, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong customer service orientation.

5. Able to work effectively under significant pressure.

1. Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's annual sales plan, develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, break down monthly sales targets, and establish the sales department's goal system and quotas.

2. Be responsible for the building of the sales & marketing team, leading and guiding the team to effectively execute established sales action plans and achieve the company's strategic objectives.

3. Oversee the operation of the company's marketing system, organizing, implementing, and advancing established marketing plans and action initiatives.

4. Train, motivate, and evaluate subordinate staff, and assist them in accomplishing assigned task targets.

5. Manage and maintain customer relationships, as well as develop long-term strategic cooperation plans with clients.

6. Timely monitor and manage the company's inventory status to better inform sales planning.

7. Gather various market information and provide timely feedback to superiors and other relevant departments.

8. Participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies, standards, and systems to ensure they continuously adapt to market developments.

9. Assist superiors in managing market-related crisis public relations and other related matters.
